In addition to helping you find the right property for you to buy in Tenerife we also offer other services to help you through the purchase process of buying a property in Tenerife and after you have bought your property.

If you wish we can introduce you to an Independent English speaking lawyer who can work for you and protect your interests and help make your property purchase a stress free experience. We always recommend that clients use a lawyer to oversee the property purchase. Your lawyer will make all the necessary check on the property and confirm to you that no outstanding debts are outstanding on your property, he will also organise the transfer of the local utility bills for the property.

To purchase property in Tenerife you will require a Numero de identificacion de extranjeros (N.I.E. Number), we can arrange to obtain this for you. This certificate must be taken with you on the day of completion at the Notary.

If you require a mortgage to buy a property in Tenerife we can guide you as to most appropriate way of financing your property.

We will help you and advise you to make arrangements to open a bank account here in Tenerife. You will need a bank account so you can arrange to pay your various utility bills and possible community fees by direct debit.

Spanish and English Wills – Many of us do not like to think of death but it is important to arrange both Spanish and an English Will in order to distribute your wealth after your death to those that you would like to benefit.

The law of Intestacy in England and Spain are different if you die without a Will. We can discuss your requirements and arrange both Spanish and an English Will if you wished.

If you wished to rent your property we can arrange a full letting service on your behalf which includes advertising the property, arranging contracts, cleaning, maintenance and collecting and transferring rent to your Tenerife Bank account.

If you do not want to rent your property and use it as a holiday home we can arrange to visit your property every month and check your property inside and outside and report back to you by email as its condition.

Finally once you have purchased your property we can advise you as where to shop, how to buy a car, give you information on Schools, organise your Residencia, basically anything you may need to know on anything we are here to help as part of our after sales programme.
