Please note that if you are non resident when you sell your property 3% of the declared purchase price will be retained on behalf of the Hacienda to ensure that there are no outstanding tax liabilities. This can then be reclaimed by your fiscal representative if no taxes are due but it is your responsibility to instruct your representative.

including a description, contact details and the price that you would like
returned to you or the current sales price if you have the property with a
number of agents and around 10 to 12 photographs and we will quiickly add your property to our database and match it against potential clients we may have waiting.
